Yin Yoga - Class length:  1 hour


Yin yoga focuses on lengthening connective tissue and fascia in the hips, pelvis, shoulders and spine. Postures are typically held for 3-5 minutes fostering relaxation, and boosting energy. Relax, renew, and stretch. Incorporating a yin practice promotes joint health, can prevent injury, encourages balance and complements any other physical practices.
