Now that you have this amazing baby, who you love and adore, you may find that making a little time for yourself can be a huge challenge!
Pregnancy and delivery, plus carrying a baby, diaper bag and other gear can really cause some wear and tear on your body. Mama yoga has specifically designed classes that release the tension in your shoulders and back, rock those abs, and help you find your bliss.
Here is how it works: Sign up your group of mamas. Each week one mama watches the children, the other mamas get their yoga on. Session lengths vary depending on the number of mamas.
