Gaga for Yoga:  Mama and Baby Yoga - Class length:  1 hour

Tone and strengthen your body through postures (asanas), breath work and sound vibration while bonding with your little yogi.

Stretch the areas that are tight, strengthen areas that have weakened and bring mama some bliss. Mamas flow through postures with babes in arms, on legs, laps or resting on a blanket.  This class offers a supportive environment, where mamas can feel free to love, snuggle, change or nurse their wee ones.  

For post natal moms (at least 6 weeks) with medical clearance to return to physical activity, and their pre-crawling babes.
